Dogface Foundation focuses on bringing a positive change in a variety of ways. Strategic partnerships with the following organizations help us to provide solutions to many of the Veterans in need. Our work is inspired by the support and commitment of our community members who share in the belief that we can find Veterans access to resources.


Peaceful Pastures Ranch is a 501(c)3 that provides new life, rehabilitation, and sanctuary for abused, neglected, and unwanted horses. Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy, our on-staff licensed therapist provide intensive therapy and counseling services. Peaceful Pastures Ranch promotes healing together by creating partnerships instead of patients. 

Donations to Peaceful Pastures Ranch allow us to provide a safe place for both horses and humans to heal from the effects of trauma. Whether you give a one-time gift or support us through a monthly donation, you are making a difference in the lives of our equine rescues and those working to overcome mental health challenges.

Our aim is to improve the way serving and Ex-service men and women interact with each other through outdoor pursuits, adventurous activity and sporting endeavor. To grow and foster support, friendship and Esprit De Corps of our respective units and the NZDF community as a whole, which recognises our unique bond and rewards those who have served for their sacrifices.

Established early 2018, the charity has begun from the ground up with the core strength being the passion and drive from it's dedicated volunteers and growing community.

Eligibility to be a member of the Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen's Association of New Zealand is based on service with the New Zealand Defence Force either Regular or Territorial.
